- 1 / 5By Krista SnyderI just got out of the drive thru a few minutes ago and the customer service I recieved was unacceptable! Instead of the usual "hi welcome to mcdonalds what can i get for you?" i get some guy saying "what do you want" i tell him my order then he tells me my total. Then the gentleman(kahlil i believe is how he spelled his name) forgets my change so I have to wait for someone to open the register drawer. Then, when i get my food, the young lady doesnt ask if i need any ketchup/ sauces and just says," here you go". And NOT ONCE DID I GET A THANK YOU!May 06, 2017
